Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between Aqualabs AI Corp (“Crewnio”, “we”) and the business that signs up for Crewnio (“you”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Crewnio provides software for trade and home-service businesses: scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, payments, customer messaging, phone services and AI features. We may improve or change features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your users, keeping sign-in details secure and the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be authorized to bind the business you register.
3. Subscription and fees
Plans are billed in advance through Stripe after any free trial. Usage-based charges (such as phone, texting and AI usage, and carrier registration fees) are billed as described in the app. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may suspend service for unpaid invoices after notice.
4. Payments to your business
Card payments from your customers are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms, on your own Stripe account. You are responsible for refunds, disputes and taxes on your sales.
5. Messaging and calling rules
You may only text or call people who have given the consent the law requires (for example under the TCPA and state laws in the US, and CASL and CRTC rules in Canada), during allowed hours, and you must honor opt-out requests. You must provide accurate information for carrier registration. You may not use Crewnio for spam, unlawful, deceptive or harmful content. We may block messages or suspend accounts that put the service or carriers’ trust at risk.
6. Text-messaging program terms (for message recipients)
- Program: businesses using Crewnio send customers texts about service they requested — appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival times, estimates, invoices, receipts and replies.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you reply START.
- Help: reply HELP, or email hello@crewnio.com.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our privacy policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Your data
You own your business data. You grant us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data at any time.
8. AI features
AI features (such as the receptionist and estimate drafting) can make mistakes. Review important outputs before relying on them.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Crewnio available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party services (such as carriers, Stripe or Twilio) may affect availability.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid period. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where the law of your location requires otherwise.
