Privacy policy
Crewnio is a software service operated by Aqualabs AI Corp (“Crewnio”, “we”, “us”), 4131 N Central Expy, Suite 900, Dallas, TX 75204, United States. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. It covers our website (crewnio.com), the Crewnio app (app.crewnio.com) and the messages sent through it.
Who this applies to
- Business customers — the companies that subscribe to Crewnio and their staff.
- Their customers — homeowners and others who book or receive service from a business that uses Crewnio. For this information, the business is responsible for how it is collected and used, and Crewnio processes it on the business’s behalf.
Information we collect
- Account information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, company details and sign-in information for business users.
- Business records: customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, notes, photos and documents a business enters or that its customers submit (for example through online booking).
- Communications: text messages, emails, call recordings and transcripts sent or received through Crewnio, with delivery status.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser details and usage logs used to run and secure the service.
How we use information
- To provide the service: scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, payments, messaging, AI features and support.
- To send messages a business asks Crewnio to send to its customers, and service messages to business users (for example sign-in alerts and receipts).
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
- To bill business customers for their subscription.
We do not sell personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
Businesses use Crewnio to text their own customers about service those customers requested — appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival times, estimates, invoices, receipts and replies. Customers opt in, for example by ticking a consent box when booking online or by agreeing when they contact the business. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver the messages (such as Twilio), solely to send them.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run Crewnio, under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing their service to us: hosting and databases (Netlify, Neon), DNS and security (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), phone calls and texting (Twilio), email delivery (Resend) and AI processing (Anthropic). We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention
We keep business data while the account is active. Businesses can export or delete their data; after an account is closed, data is deleted following a retention period, except where the law requires us to keep it. Call recordings follow each business’s retention setting.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. If you are a customer of a business that uses Crewnio, please contact that business first; we will help them respond. Depending on where you live (including under Canadian privacy law and US state laws), you may have additional rights. Contact us at hello@crewnio.com.
Security
We use encryption in transit, encrypted secrets, access controls, separation between each business’s data and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected customers of a breach as the law requires.
Children
Crewnio is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the date above. Material changes will be announced to business customers.
